Copyright is someone’s rights to not have something they created copied. For example, if a scientist spent years researching pandas and then found out that some one had copied a paragraph of their research and hadn’t even acknowledged the scientist, you can expect the scientist would be quite annoyed. They could take you to court in a court case against you. This doesn’t only go webpages this also goes for pictures, books, songs, movies and lots more. Infact if you really like something that you invented you could have it copyrighted. If you made it, it can be copyrighted.
